Prayers Needed

Please pray for Ryan. He broke his arm a while ago in three places and the bone was practically out of his skin. He just got a sort-of cast on it and needs all of our prayers.

The Muddy Buddy

Kellie just did the Muddy Buddy race in Texas which is basically running and biking a super hard course and doing obstacles on the way. The last obstacle is a huge mud pit that you have to crawl through with your 'Buddy' and you end up 'Muddy' (hence, the name). Anyways, here are some pictures from their race:
